Oscar provided an interesting tour covering lots of different aspects of Montevideo. This was done well and did not go into too much detail (which I found good)

We had messaged a few times before today, the day of the walk... I was flying in and I told him I would let him know if there were delays. We actually got in early, so I went to the meeting point about 30 minutes early to wait and find some water. I messaged him 3 different times, with no reply. I was very disappointed, as this was my only day to explore Montevideo.
Oscar went through important aspects of the city history and culture. He was pretty thorough. It was a nice end point with great city view.
