Sorry for the late review! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the trip. Shantivanam was the first tour guide we met in Vietnam, and she was professional, kind, patient, friendly, and not too loud, which we really appreciated. She didn’t pretend to know everything, but she was always willing to ask questions, find answers, and share honestly with us. We could really feel her genuineness, and that made us book another trip with another great tour guide from her company. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend her!

We had a fantastic tour of Hoi An with guide Shanti. After doing many walking tours, this is one of the best I have experienced.
