We had Lee all to ourselves which was really great as we were able to really ask loads of questions about absolutely everything! We stopped at numerous places to try many Saigon delicacies such as broken rice with pork, hu thieu (pork with noodles), banhi mi, fried banana, avocado ice cream, betel leaf beef, Vietnamese pizza and more. Super informative tour and Lee is a very friendly guy!
It was really great getting to know Linh - she has some fascinating insights into Saigon, Vietnamese culture and history. It's well worth taking to time to come on this walking tour as it gives you a good introduction to the city, food, history, attractions and lifestyle. Thank you Linh!!
Hoang was our guide for the food tour. As was only me and my husband on the tour, (the other eight attendees had cancelled on the day), Hoang customised the tour for us as we had already been in Hoi An for a few days. We had an excellent time eating delicious local food that we wouldn't have found by ourselves. Hoang answered all my questions and gave lots of local information. Highly recommend to do a food tour early in your stay to develop confidence with ordering local food options.
Shanti was an excellent guide. Even though we had a small group (only 4 total), she was enthusiastic, engaging, and informational. She answered questions throughout the tour, was honest about one's she wasn't sure of, and was considerate of the needs/wishes of the group.
