Me escribió que no estaba disponible , le dije que porque no me había avisado antes ya que había reservado el día anterior y quedamos y me envió toda la información . Y me dijo que su inglés era malo y que no se había explicado bien que fue su error.

Good guide, good english, very helpful, barong dance show rather boring, batic and silver house are sales events, but the traditional Balinesian house was interesting. Ketut was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Our guide, Ketut, was knowledgeable, very pleasant, and accommodating. We appreciated his sincere efforts in trying to make sure we have a good tour experience. Good tour!

My husband and I wanted to learn about the Bali customs and that is what Ketut provided. He is very knowledgeable and kind hearted. Also, the agenda is a great experience but I didn’t go to the art studio and instead visited the silver making. I am not sure if I’d recommend the silver making, it wasn’t informative or fun. Just a place to buy silver jewelry. However, I loved the coffee house and tasting the different teas and coffee.
