Friendly and informative.
The tour guide was pleasant and engaging. The commentary and historical background he provided was illuminating especially regarding the afro and indigenous community. I was a bit disappointed by the tour stop selections due to lack of really interesting architecture or monuments. However, it was nice to walk around downtown São Paulo in a large group and get a feel for the city. You see poverty/homelessness alongside average working-class Brazilians.
