My name is Pedro, and I am the founder of Almafuerte, an organization dedicated to cultural tourism. I was born in Patagonia and have lived in the La Boca neighborhood for the past five years. My greatest wish is that anyone who comes to Argentina, upon setting foot on this land, feels a little bit Argentine. This would be a great honor and bring me immense satisfaction. In the Argentine heart, no one is a foreigner if they come with the desire to feel like one of our brothers and sisters. That heart and that brotherhood are what we offer most sincerely and most preciously.
The best way to explore La Boca! Natalia was brilliant at providing a full history of La Boca and it's people. Really appreciated seeing and learning about the real La Boca before ending at colourful Camanito with all the tourists and endless Maradona references. We got try Mate, learn about the gourd cups (taking one home) and share with a lovely local. Highly recommend this tour!!!
Natalia was a very informative, friendly and entertaining guide Learned a lot about the history of this neighborhood!
We visited the less touristy parts of the city (which I especially enjoyed), and talked a lot about the country, its life, and its unique features. I got a quick tango lesson, and our guide Nadia is a great singer. Very nice tour!
Angelo es muy top. Una persona maja, jovial y con mucha cultura de calle, que tanto valor aporta a este tour. Me lo pasé genial. Acabamos comiendo juntos un asado con alguien local.
