I am truly sorry for your negative experience and for the disappointment caused by the cancellation of your tour. I completely understand your frustration, especially since you were visiting Zadar for only one day and had planned your schedule around the tour. I know that changing your dinner reservation and then having the tour canceled at the last minute was very inconvenient and disappointing. I would like to apologize for not providing a proper explanation at the time. Guiding tours is a part-time job alongside my primary work, and on that particular day an unexpected situation arose that made it impossible for me to conduct the tour as planned. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a suitable solution in time, and for that I am sincerely sorry. I understand that this experience may have affected your impression of me as a guide. However, I would like to emphasize that this situation was an exception. Over the years, I have guided hundreds of visitors and always strive to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, on this occasion I fell short of the standard I set for myself. I genuinely hope that despite this inconvenience, you were still able to enjoy the beauty, history, and atmosphere of Zadar. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment. If you ever return to Zadar, I would be happy to personally show you the city and make up for this unfortunate experience.
