My name is Kasra, and I’m a big fan of history, now a PhD candidate in Ottoman History at Istanbul University, currently in the final year of my research. With a deep passion for the rich and layered history of Istanbul, I specialize in the cultural, artistic, and intellectual exchanges between empires, particularly during the Ottoman era.
I love to discover new places and getting knowledge about new cultures and languages.
In addition to Turkish, I speak English, French, Arabic, and Persian, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of guests and share Istanbul’s stories in a truly inclusive way.
