Me encanta mi ciudad y quiero compartir con otras personas los lugares más interesantes y la vida portuguesa.
Such a brilliant afternoon! I came to Portugal wanting to see more than just the usual crowded spots, and this tour across the river was exactly what I needed. Catching the ferry over was a lovely touch, standing on the deck with the wind blowing through my hair. Laura was absolutely brilliant, toke us away from the noise, we saw these stunning, peaceful gardens overlooking the entire Lisbon skyline. Wandering through the sleepy, colorful streets of Almada felt like stepping back in time and it wasn't about rushing to tick off landmarks, it was just a genuinely beautiful, relaxed exploration with a local who really loves her home. A must do if you want an authentic chilled-out afternoon!!
Laura was an amazing guide, she gave us great insights about the surroundings and the tour was super smooth. I would highly recommend her
Great tour! I really recomend Laura to visit this side of the river, great experience !!
I had a great time with Laura, and it was lovely to see Lisbon from the other side! Almada does have that off the beaten track feel to it still, in spite of being right in front of Lisbon city center. All you have to do is take a boat and cross and the views towards the city are AMAZING. Laura is the sweetest, funny and knows all about Almada as she grew up there, and has great tips also beyond the tour regarding other things to see in the area. This is not a standard tourist walk, checking off things to see, Laura really showed us and immersed us in Portuguese life and she had great anecdotes! Highly recommended, also to stick around for drinks alongside the river in one of the cafes afterwards, there are some great options.
This tour was one of the highlights of my recent visit to Portugal. I really liked Laura’s enthusiasm and friendly attitude. She’s fun, welcoming, and multilingual, which made the whole experience feel very natural. I enjoyed the route she put together around Cacilhas and Almada, as it brought back memories from my Erasmus days, when I used to take the ferry there regularly. Even though I already knew the area a little, the tour helped me appreciate it from a different perspective and notice details and spots I missed during my time here. Definitely a lovely experience for anyone wanting to explore beyond central Lisbon.
