I am very surprised of receiving this message! As I respect the servise I went to the tour starting point and informed the guide that we cannot atend a tour under rain. Rhe guide thanked me for informing in person instead is sending a last minute cancellation note, which is the easiest to do!!
Deberían haber contactado con nosotros en el momento para avisarnos de que el guru había tenido un problema y no se iba a realizar el tour, si no es por el guía que iba a hacer el recorrido en inglés no nos enteramos y nos hubiéramos quedado esperando
