El tour con Carlos fue más que un semplice tour! Como guía turística es muy profesional, sabe muchísimas cosas y hace su trabajo con pasión. Pero además de la guía hemos encontrado un amigo muy simpático con el que quedamos también para disfrutar la noche. Una persona muy buena, lo recomiendo!!
Carlos es muy profesional y divertido. El tour es muy enriquecedor ya que aborda temas culturales, sociales y artísticos. Cumplió con el horario y las rutas marcadas. Te hace sentir muy cómodo. Las bicicletas son de muy buena calidad, frenan bien y el siempre está atento de ti, ayudándo a moverte a pesar de ser una ciudad desconocida. Tour muy recomendado si te gusta la aventura y andar en bici. ¡Gracias Carlos!
It was a regrettable situation. I went to the meeting point provided by the Guru website, which was on Calle 11. When I arrived, the guide called me to inform me that I was in the wrong location. He had sent me a message the night before with the correct address, which was Calle 11 Sur. I apologized, saying, "Oh, I'm sorry. I went to the address provided by Guru's meeting point. I am not from Colombia." In response, he said, "I sent you the correct address. It’s your fault, and you still owe me at least the insurance for the bicycle." I explained that I had spent over 60 minutes in an Uber due to poor communication between him and Guru. All he could say was that it was my fault and accused me of trying to steal from him because he had paid for the bicycle insurance. There was no apology. After spending $15 to $18 on the Uber ride and 90 minutes in the car, I decided to return home. This guide had a big ego and couldn't accept his mistake. I'm glad I didn't meet him in person because he was aggressive over the phone when I informed him of my decision. Be cautious!
Recorrer Bogotá en bicicleta es una muy buena opción. Carlos te provee de una muy buena bicicleta, te lleva por las ciclorutas que son fantásticas mientras te cuenta sobre la historia y geografía de su país. Recomiendo!
Recorrido muy interesante, viendo las partes más turísticas y las menos. Carlos es un gran conocedor de la culcutura Bogotana y de todo el país. Fue un excelente guía.
