Cultural Free Walking Tours in İstanbul

This was a fantastic tour and so happy to have met hakan! He has a great storytelling nack and kept everyone entertained throughout. We were told about an extension tour that went an extra hour and we opted in for that. It was not about just walking around the old city , but actually engaging everyone , giving a historic representation of the deep history and presenting cultural lifestyle of istanbulians. Thank you for the tour!

Halil did a great job with introducing taksim and istanbul through pictures and locations where history took place. He also kept a good pace of walking and story telling. The coffee and the rooftop view was a great highlight and not found in any other tour. Would recommend it if you are exploring taksim area 100%.

This was an excellent tour and Hakan was a fantastic guide who is very passionate about his city. We learnt a good amount of historical information that really enhanced our experience when visiting the sites afterwards with our new knowledge. Hakan also passed on some great resources about how to navigate Istanbul during our stay here which have been very helpful. Highly recommend the tour!!

Great tour today with Halil. He was exceptionally conscientious in advising there was a half marathon this morning in Istanbul and ways to manage transport to the meeting spot. His historical knowledge, enthusiasm, mastery of the English language and professionalism provided a well choreographed, entertaining tour. He also managed the tour time perfectly.

Mere was great and very helpful! His great English command made communication with him outside of his usual itinerary commentary very smooth. He was very knowledgeable and shared many details he about his country. Definitely recommend!

Sehr interessant und auch witzig. Hakan kann Geschichten lebendig erzählen und einen sehr guten Einblick in die wunderschöne Stadt Istanbul geben. Ich kann die Tour nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
