I was surprised when Shees said that he had just started guiding 2 months ago because he was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the tour. The tour started on time and we covered quite a huge area of Leuven. Because of his suggestion, we went to Oude Markt in the evening and had a nice time there. I really recommend taking this tour and if you're going with Shees, you're in good hands!

It was very good, the story and information was easy to follow thanks to prepared illustrations from the tablet. It was fun and all encompassing. Shess was passionate about the history and knew what he was talking about.

I am normally not a super fan of walking tours, but Shees' tour was GREAT! I have been living in Leuven for a while yet still learned lots of new things. Shees left space for us to ask questions, which is something I really value! I recommend, especially if you like history as Shees knows lots about it! The route was nice, it showed off the city but also hidden green parts of Leuven!

It was only the two of us but Shees did not cancel the tour😃 He gave us a lot of information about Leuven and we visited places we could not have found by ourselves. He was very enthusiastic about Leuven, friendly and polite. We really recommend to book a tour with Shees.

I have been to several cities around the globe and taken many walking tours. Shees was by far the most well rehearsed, educated and friendliest guide I have come across in all my endeavors. He even offered us free dinner cooked by himself, which was delicious. Also loved his hair style ! (for all the girls out there). Highly recommended

We had the honor to have a private guide from Shees with a group of 7 friends. His historical knowledge about Leuven was interesting and Shees was well prepared. He even included some extra information with pictures on his ipad. He was flexible with our wishes and could answer all of our questions. I especially appreciated that the tour was patiently delivered, highly communicative, and thorough. Knowing he is new to guiding, and being an international student himself impressive how open was to questions and developing the material. I have no doubt Shees will be continue to be a great guide for visits to Leuven.

I was pleasantly surprised by the route that Shees took us, I discovered amazing historical sites and areas and Leuven that I didn't know existed- and I live here! Shees is a very informative and helpful tour guide, and I highly recommend taking his walking tour!
