Had a great afternoon with Charles! Like others have said before, he is extremely knowledgable, personable, genuine and engaging. He gave a lot of great background information on the history and recent development of Tanzania and Moshi, and showed me to different places that used to be his childhood favorites that I would never have discovered on my own. He also allowed me to navigate the town safely, which would have been difficult to achieve on my own given the sometimes chaotic feeling of the streets and markets here! Highly recommended to get more insight into Moshi and the Kilimanjaro region as a whole.

A great city walking tour of Moshi. Charles is a lovely person with a good sense of humour who speaks excellent English. He’s well educated and very knowledgable about Moshi, Tanzania and African history. The walk was at a nice steady pace and we saw so much of the interesting parts of the town. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the town tour with our tour guide Charles. He has lots of knowlegde about Moshi and Tanzania, and loves to share this with us. We ended at the rood top bar, this was wonderful! He also helped us with finding a tuktuk. Thanks Carles for the great experience!

Our guide was well informed and was genuinely pleased to be showing us his city. Understanding, patient and well spoken. He took the time to help us get a tuk tuk to return to our lodgings. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Moshi!

We had a wonderful walk through Moshi with Charles. He had many interesting stories to tell about the town, people and culture. It was great to discuss the history and politics of Moshi and northern Tanzania with him. The tour ends with an awesome view of the town and Mt. Kili. We can recommend to do the tour at the beginning of a multiple day stay, so Charles can give you insights and recommend different things to do in and around town. Thank you very much, Charles.

We really enjoyed our tour with Charles! We got a lot of impressions from the local life in Moshi, some history and very nice discussions and information. The cherry on top at the end of the tour was a magnificent view of the city and mount Kilimanjaro. Thank you again. We will be back! :)
