Stella's knowledge of Kibera made the navigation easier and friendly. She is a happy guide full of smiles. Her approach to showcase Resilience instead of poverty won the day for me. You will get to understand why Kibera is a safe space for those living there. She used her personal experience to bring the message home and made the tour more relatable. She answered all my questions without hesitation and ensured I know the the before and after of Kibera. A lot of my assumptions were put to rest. Yes the tour was over 2 hours and the most educative tour of my life. I urger more Kenyans to take this tour and experience the true Kibera. If you are a tourist needing that lady safety net during the tour. Stella is the guide to make you feel home.

It's interesting to see the way of life in Kibera with a guide. Elijah knows many people and can answer all the questions. It would have been even better when we could enter a house and to have a little more interaction with the people. It was impressive to experience.

Stella and Elijah were amazing guides and awesome humans. They really show you the ins and outs of chocolate city, provide the history and entertain all questions. My companions and I felt safe during the entire tour and the locals that spoke to us were friendly (especially the childrend). I highly recommend their tour for people who want to really get a perspective of how some people are living in Kenya away from the typical tourist areas. I appreciate Stella and Elijah for their time and effort they put in to make this a worthwhile tour and for what they pour into their community. I highly recommend them for those interested in taking this tour.

Brian was the perfect guide. He picked us up on time and showed us around in Kibera. He knows a lot about the place and answered all our questions in detail. I recently toured Kibera slum with Brian, and it was an incredible experience. Brian’s deep knowledge and connection with the community made the tour both educational and engaging. Despite the challenging environment, the tour had a lighthearted feel. Highlights included walking through narrow alleys, railway tracks, and seeing the vibrant lives of the residents. It was an eye-opening journey that I highly recommend.
