We had an awesome experience. Our tour guide was excellent, I wish I remembered his name. He did warn us that the park is big and there is lots of people and other groups and unfortunately we got lost about 2/3 of the way in. We tried finding them, but it was a busy day at the park. Either way, we had a good experience aside from getting lost.

This is a definite must do while visiting New York City. He knows the history of New York and of Central Park. He speaks clearly and is so kind to everybody. I love the way that he offered to take pictures for the groups. Excellent tour.

Our group was very small only 3 due to the cold weather, but it ended up great. It felt like friends walking/chatting at Central Park. Santiago informed us of many things (famous movie sights, different bridges, history of Strawberry Fields, history of Central Park, etc.). He also took great pictures to capture the memories. I loved the tour!

My husband and I took this tour with Santiago. He was a great guide. The tour flew by, as he told us all sorts of things about Central Park, and also offered many suggestions of places to visit and things to do when we were finished. He took us to several places where we could take great photos and even offered to take our picture. I feel we really got a lot out of this tour. While we toured a good amount of the park, I know there is a lot more to learn, and now I'm determined to do just that. I highly recommend this tour and Santiago.
