Free Tours of parks and gardens in New York

Our group was very small only 3 due to the cold weather, but it ended up great. It felt like friends walking/chatting at Central Park. Santiago informed us of many things (famous movie sights, different bridges, history of Strawberry Fields, history of Central Park, etc.). He also took great pictures to capture the memories. I loved the tour!

Santiago was fantastic, friendly, and went out of his way to give our group the best possible experience. We couldn't fault him and highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore Central Park! Thank you!!

My husband and I took this tour with Santiago. He was a great guide. The tour flew by, as he told us all sorts of things about Central Park, and also offered many suggestions of places to visit and things to do when we were finished. He took us to several places where we could take great photos and even offered to take our picture. I feel we really got a lot out of this tour. While we toured a good amount of the park, I know there is a lot more to learn, and now I'm determined to do just that. I highly recommend this tour and Santiago.

Carlos was a very fun and great tour guide! The tour is great, it really helped me navigate central park and we got to see the most important and beautiful parts of the park.

Gabriel was very informative, not only of Central Park, but of NYC as well. Having lived in the city for quite a few years, he was able to give an insiders view and offered great information. The walk through Central Park was great and he not only interacted with our group but he stopped and talked to a few vendors, and musicians in the park. We really enjoyed the tour and our guide!

We really enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide was excellent, his passion for NYC and the park was contagious. The length and sights seen were perfect for duration. I hope that add more tours to cover the middle and north of the park. Paul

Santiago was a fantastic tour guide, his knowledge of not only the tour but the city was very helpful It makes a big deference finding out the information about what we were looking at rather than just waking around.

Great walk to do if you want to visit Central Park and don’t know where to start and what route to take. Lots of interesting facts thrown in by the guide Carlos. Pleasant and engaging personality too. Covered quite a lot of Central Park hotspots in 2 hours, comfortable walking pace

We have experienced a lot of free walking tours and they have all been very good but today’s tour of Central Park was one of the very best. Carlos is a super guide with lots of information at his fingertips.

Carlos was knowledgeable about the area and was happy to answer any questions. I learnt so much from this walk and highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the Central Park tour. Gabriel was an excellent guide and even shared recommendations of things to do and places to eat in NYC. Gabriel was also patient and made some time for us to catch the ringing of the bell outside the zoo. We even caught some Italian opera while on the tour. There was a fair amount of walking but I appreciated that because we saw some incredible aspects of the park. I would recommend this tour. Grab something to eat or drink before the tour because once you are in the park, there aren't many places to stop and grab something quick to eat. Overall, it was a great tour!
