Cartagena Food Tour

Great experience tasting local foods and fruits Fabio was very good in the your and ensuring it was a great experience from coffee tasting , fruits indigenous to Colombia , and of course foods -Caribbean, empanadas, buneulos, etc.

Tour muy interesante y distinto! Fuimos con Angie recorriendo distintos puestos callejeros. Nos explicaba brevemente sobre lo que íbamos a comer. Éramos 4 en el tour y 5 con ella asi que realmente la sensación fue como tomarse algo con un grupo de amigos. Como tour podría mejorar quizás con más detalles sobre la cultura gastronómica de Colombia aprovechando la conyuntura, pero fue muy agradable y aprendimos muchos nombres de frutas nuevas que fuimos probando. Angie nos contó mucho acerca de sus propias vivencias creciendo en Colombia. Id habiendo comido pronto (no a hora española..!) porque acabamos llenísimos. En general, muy recomendable si te apetece una experiencia distinta y sirve para quitarse el miedo acerca de probar comida callejera colombiana.

Angie fue la mejor guía que nos pudo tocar! Súper cercana, nos llevó por varios puestos callejeros para probar tanto cosas saladas, como dulces y fruta y nos explicaba bien cada cosas en qué consistía y cómo se elaboraba. Disfrutamos muchísimo de la experiencia sobretodo por la guía! Mil gracias!

Really good tour, the food was delicious and by the end of it we were so full! Loved the fruit tasting the most but everything else was great too! Shows a very affordable side of the food available. Unfortunately no one else showed up so it was just 2 of us, but the guide, Will, was great. Explained to us lots of things and took us to great spots, we were not disappointed. We did originally book into the 11am tour but 4h before got a WhatsApp message to say it had been cancelled and we could do the 4pm tour. This was no issue for us but perhaps check with the Guru first if booking the 11am one!

If you're looking for a walk where you can always try something new, then this is the tour for you. Willy is a great guide who knows how to integrate everyone in the group. He was very very patient and flexible with everyone's needs. Even though there were a bit too many stores at the end of the tour for my liking, Willy never made you feel like you had to buy anything. Highly recommended!

Willy is a warm and friendly person. Very enjoyable company. His English was very very good. He shared history and Colombian culture with us. We did the food tour and Willy showed us where the locals gather, street food that was made by local people that cartegena residents ate at and the best ceviche we tasted while visiting. We visited beautiful chocolate shops and coffee shops. I would recommend Willy for your your. He was the best.

Awesome tour with Willy! We tried plenty of different lovely food in different spots. Willy is very knowledgeable, has a perfect English. This tour helped us to know more about the food culture in Cartagena and gave us some good spots to come back to. 100% recommend

Willy was a great guide! Took us to the local places that obviously aren't known by tourists. We even got to try the local fruits which we would've never been able to try ourselves without any knowledge otherwise.

Estamos encantados!! Fizemos o passeio e foi particular (só eu e meu marido): o Willy foi maravilhoso - arriscando um portunhol bem desenrolado, nos apresentando a culinária local, trazendo curiosidades. Só não conseguimos decidir o melhor ponto do passeio: foram todos ótimos!!!

It was wonderful, Willy was great, it was like a walk around the city with a friend who lives in Cartagena, learning all about their favourite street foods.

Really great tour. Willy was very kind and did the tour even though there was only two of us. Go hungry as you will try about 10 different food stalls! I shared with my partner and it was still a lot of food. Nice to try the local spots you might not venture to as a tourist (particularly if you don’t speak a lot of spanish)
