Free walking tours in Split

90 minutes was just nice for a walking tour. We learned a lot about the history of Split. Guide was entertaining. We enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our tour. Loved starting at 9. No crowds and a great experience. Ivan’s delivery was both informational and witty.

Roko met us all by the Split sign and it was a fantastically mixed group from Australia, Colombia, UK, Canada, America and a few others. We had a walk around the city, mainly focusing on Diocletians Palace, how and when it was built and how it made Split into what it is today. It was a great tour and all the family got something out of it from 10-50 years old.

Ivan is an incredible tour guide who is so knowledgeable about every part of the city. He pointed out details in the architecture and design of the city that we would never have noticed or understood without the valuable context he provided. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone who wants to orient themselves to the city and learn more about the Roman influence as well as recent history of the area. Ivan is so professional and the tour was not gimicky, which I really appreciated.

The group was bigger than usual but he managed to provide ear pieces for everyone, which made it easy to hear his talk. As a local he was VERY well informed on different aspects of life in Split and made the tour extremely informative 🥰
