Jan is a very knowledgable individual who thoroughly educated us on the Hapsburg dynasty and the effect it had on Vienna, Austria and Europe. A professionally run tour that we enjoyed.

Jan was fantastic. He gave us a solid introduction and background to Viennese history which made it much easier to place all the different monarchs and buildings associated with them. He was very kind and showed us spots we wouldn’t have seen elsewhere. He was very helpful and I recommend him

This is the best walking tour we’ve been on, which is quite a few all around Europe. Jan knows the history of Vienna very well, he has carefully chosen the topics and spots of the tour. He is a very pleasant person and speaks with enthusiasm. He has brought visual materials such as maps and pictures, which engages the group and means that you won’t loose focus during the tour.

Jan is a mine of information. We learnt a lot and saw the beautiful mosaic of the last supper. Walked 6000 steps, could perhaps have walked a little further with less information. Route was well chosen to avoid crowds. Starting point with benches under trees at the Albertina museum was well thought out. Ending at the Anchor insurance clock at 12 was good

Hemos usado Guruwalk en varias ciudades y Jan nos encantó! Sabía datos históricos, cómo siguen las historias hasta el dia de hoy. Muy dinámico y se tomaba el tiempo de responder todas nuestras preguntas. Altamente recomendado!
