I invite you to discover Leuven on a historical and anecdotal walk in Spanish where I will share stories of its emblematic sites and characters that inhabited it. Why is the world's first Catholic university founded here? Since when does Stella Artois start producing? Those and more questions I will answer during the tour. Among the places we will visit are: - Plaza Grande (Grote Markt) - City Hall (Stadhuis) - St. Peter's Church (we will visit the Church except Sunday) - Old market (Oude Markt) - University of Leuven (we will visit the U except for the end of week) - Library of the University of Leuven. - San Donato Park (Sint Donatuspark) - San Antonio Chapel (we enter the chapel to discover Father Damián's story) - Gran Beaterio (Groot Begijnhof) I will also share my recommendations of places to eat and drink to interested walkers.
