In this tour we will discover the icon of the city of Bristol, The Clifton Suspension Bridge, including its history and curious details. Did you know that it has a total length of 412 meters, and its ends are made of local sandstone? This and much more will be some of the things you will discover on this tour, as well as the nature that the Avon River hides as it passes through Bristol.
Our tour will start at the Clifton observatory and we will continue through its gardens to discover the spectacular views of the main attraction of our tour. We will cross the bridge and go to the Leigh Woods National Nature Reserve, we will cross part of the park along the river and discover some of its nature and the history of Bristol.
It is a route where, above all, we will enjoy history, architectural wonders and nature.
