Discover Potsdam with Mindfulness in Nature
WorldTribe is working in different areas of communication. As a contribution to the revelation of your true self and the reduction of stress, which can cause you severe health problems, I am offering the teachings of Shinrin Yoku through related exercises with mindfulness. You will feel more aware and as a result, also more balanced after this encounter with nature.
Tour description
*MINDFULLNESS THROUGH SHINRIN YOKU ON A MONTHLY BASIS. SEND A MESSAGE TO CONFIRM YOUR SPOT WITH ME.*
Located on the Hazel River about 25 km south of the Berlin downtown, is Potsdam, the capital of Brandenburg. More importantly, this old home to the Prussian kings and German emperor, is a place that always intended to be picturesque and a pastoral dream that would help the local residents relate to its rich natural landscape.
In modern day Germany, where the stress of the city and the constant distraction from technology is more present than ever, this tour route is about gardens, plants, the small river inside the park, which we will discover by interacting through different manners with nature. This is the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku.
In Japanese culture, it is referred to as a recreational trip to the forest for relaxation and well-being, in direct translation, "a forest bath." During this cultural activity, we would like to invite expats and travelers alike who are in Berlin to come and participate in this healing activity. It is based on the free tour concept of making your voluntary payment upon concluding the activity.
Cellphones are welcome for a photo exercise but requested to be on airplane mode. Looking forward to seeing you in Potsdam to enjoy the natural treasures this special landscape has to offer.
