Segovia, World Heritage Site. essential and essential
Official Tourism Guide of Castilla y León (CL / 000769). Tireless traveler, lover of the History of Art and tireless global traveler and Castilian-Leon in particular. I am fascinated by Romanesque art, Civil Architecture and Sacred Art in particular. I love showing the city where I live.

The tour begins at the Aqueduct (Pl. del Azoguejo) and ends at the Alcázar.
The monument that welcomes us to the city , its history, will mark the rhythm of the visit. The granite rock from which it is made is the same as that of many monuments that we will see during the visit, including the Alcázar . We will go up Calle Real visiting the Casa de los Picos (Mirador de la Canaleja/Church of San Millán), then we will arrive at the Plaza de Medina del Campo (Hª de los Comuneros/Juan Bravo, Palacio de San Martín (Enrique IV) , passing through the Church of San Martín (S.XII) and the Casa de la Lectura (former prison, S.XV).
We will stop at the Jewish Quarter (Old Major Synagogue, House of Abraham Senneor).
Later we will arrive at the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor and the Church of San Miguel (Queen Isabel/Andrés Laguna). Next, we will cross the neighborhood of the Canonjías and end up in the Alcázar. An unforgettable visit to an essential city.
