Naples Food Tour

Me gustó mucho aunque por el nombre no creí que pudiéramos ver y aprender tantas cosas sobre la,cultura de Nápoles. Le sugerí a Marcos que cambiará o ampliará el nombre del tours xq al referirse a gastronómico da la idea un recorrido sobre el tema y es mucho más que eso.

The tour was a great way to see the true Naples, eat some great street food and sample some local beverages. Serena was a brilliant and very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this tour.

This was our first food Guru Walk, and we recommend it to everyone. We tried some delicacies we probably wouldn't have thought of on our own. Sara led the group very professionally and joyfully, sharing stories that we'll remember for a long time.

Gran tour por Nápoles, Greg muy buena onda nos llevó a lugares que por nuestra cuenta no hubiésemos ido, probamos comida local y caminamos con el mirando la ciudad con otros ojos, gracias Greg por la predisposición y buena onda! Recomendable! Vengan con hambre a probar cosas locales, la mejor forma de conocer las entrañas de la cultura napolitana.

Marco è competente, simpatico, grande esperto di Napoli e della sua storia. Passeggiare con lui tra i vicoli dei Quartieri Spagnoli ci ha permesso di conoscere Napoli nei suoi angoli più segreti, tra aneddoti storici, culinari e calcistici. Un giro della città indimenticabile e ricco di emozioni.

Muy recomendable. El recorrido aunque fue solo por la mañana fue increíble, muy bien explicado por nuestra guía Berni. Si vas a Napoli y tienes poco tiempo es una parada obligatoria.

The trip was well organized. The food was 10 euro per person but the surprises kept coming one after the other as Serena, our guide took great care of us. The experience was amazing. I recommend everyone on this tour. You will connect with the Napoli culture.

Abbiamo partecipato a un free tour nel cuore di Napoli con Marco e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. È una guida estremamente preparata, coinvolgente e capace di trasmettere tutta l’anima della città. Durante il tour ci ha accompagnato tra alcuni dei luoghi più iconici, come i Quartieri Spagnoli e Spaccanapoli, raccontandoci curiosità, storia e tradizioni, con un occhio speciale anche alla cultura gastronomica napoletana. Al termine del giro, per chi voleva fermarsi a pranzo, ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Abbiamo seguito il suo suggerimento e siamo andati da “A Scarpetta”, un posto perfetto per lo street food, dove abbiamo assaggiato tre tipi di pasta con sughi tipici campani davvero deliziosi. È stata un’esperienza bellissima, divertente e autentica. Consigliamo assolutamente questo free tour a chiunque voglia scoprire Napoli in modo vero e coinvolgente.

Varied tour of local eateries. Excellent quality of food and drink. Some sitting and some standing. Description of food was on the whole good but I would have liked a little more information on the history and provenance of the food.

Very Nice visit of less touristic area. My favorite one was Sanita, with a real napolitan life experience : small markets, palazzo dello Spagnolo, Poppella pasticceria treats... However the "streetart" theme of the visit was completely forgotten except at the start of the walk when we asked for the San Gennaro portrait at SpaccaNapoli. Greg was was friendly and eager to share his knowledge of the napolitan way of life and culture. Sarah, Jimmy and Jules (10 yo).

It ended up being just Greg and me, so he asked whether it was my first day in Napoli (it wasn't). He adjusted the tour so I could visit places I hadn't seen before. The churches were especially impressive, I spent so long admiring the paintings there. I finally got to try Pizza a portafoglio, something I'd been wanting for a while. He also took me to neighborhoods and food spots that locals actually go to. I really enjoyed his stories and the pride he clearly has for Napoli. I'd definitely recommend this tour!

Buen tour, se pasó excelente!

Abbiamo fatto un tour veramente eccezionale, ricco di informazioni e esperienze. Abbiamo fatto il giro dei quartieri spagnoli, scoprendo diverse curiosità. Marco è un “scugnizzo” del posto che conosce benissimo la città con la sua storia e le sue usanze. Bellissimo!
