You will become a pizza chef for a day!
first step I will give you the aprons and we will start making the dough.
You will receive all the explanations on the ingredients, their procedure and their secrets , step by step you will make your Neapolitan dough!
The second step will concern the cutting of the pasta , through a special and ancient technique of more than 600 years , called "mozzatura" , learned from the mozzarella chefs.
After I will give you a local appetizer , you will taste Vesuvius organic tomato products , homemade bread and fried arancini. This part is very important to understand the high quality of the products that everyone should use when cooking.
Finally, let's prepare the Margherita pizza! I'll show you how to roll out the pizza dough and add the ingredients on top like only a pizza chef does.
I'll explain each ingredient but a little more about our juicy San Marzano tomato recipe.
Last step we will cook the pizza in the Neapolitan oven. I will give you a lot of information about it and you will also put your pizza on the plate. π
