Free Tour Dark Porto: Mysteries, legends and crimes

Ines is a very enthusiastic guide who obviously loves her city, Porto. She's a very good storyteller and certainly will become one of the best storytellers of all. We learned about the city, but unlike a historical experience, this tour was special. It was an invitation for us to relax our analytical muscles and become immersed in the tales of the seedier, more violent stories emerging from the stones surrounding us. Not all stories are meant to be true... they are legends. In every legend there's a grain of truth. So good fable listeners suspend their rationality for a couple of hours and let the legends unfurl the vibe of the times that would cause these legends to be born. Usually poverty, greed, lust, desperation, racial or ethnic injustices, or class struggles are at the seat of the legends of darkness. Ines invited us to listen, laugh, gasp, and absorb the tales of a less savory side of Portugal. I'd love to hear how she tells these stories in several months.
