Quiet walk to Scicli
Tour description
Scicli is my mother's native town, so I feel very attached to it. Mine will be a quiet and relaxed walk , during which I saw the life of the most characteristic of the country, telling you about their history, anecdotes and curiosities.
The walk will be seen in due course:
- the first, on the piano, where we will cross the narrow streets of the historic center ;
- the second, slightly uphill, during which we will see some glimpses of the Ancient Scicli , before the earthquake of 1693 . We will go out at the Church of San Matteo and on the reverse "' u Castiddazzu ", my absolute favorite place in all Scicli . From the square of " Castiddazzu " we will stop and admire a splendid view on Scicli and all its territory.
I will give you all possible and imaginable advice on local gastronomy and restaurants in the area.
