Me parece una vergüenza que no se presentara al tour, y encima escriba que estaba en el punto de encuentro y cuando le contesté que yo estoy en el punto de encuentro dejó de contestar. Además había más gente esperando y nos acabamos yendo todos después de 30 minutos de espera. La próxima vez intentaré coger un tour con una guía y una empresa más seria…

La peor experiencia que tuve en estos tipos de tour que siempre realizo.. El guía no se presentó, le envié varios mensajes que nunca respondió. Lo esperamos 30 minutos. Perdí la oportunidad de realizar este tour en Tanger y no me queda tiempo para recuperar. Muy decepcionada.

Una falta de respeto,no se presentó el gurú,esperamos 15 minutos y pese al mensaje que le he puesto no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta,este tipo de incidencia es el reflejo de una mala gestión.

Mohssine tenía un nivel de expresión en castellano muy básico, no ha cumplido con el recorrido, no ha explicado nada si no 2 cosicas de costumbres de hammam y hornos públicos. No queríamos dejar la visita y alejarnos sin saludar por educación, así que hemos decidido ser elegantes y pararnos en el café Hafa, dejando una propinilla por el tiempo gastado, no porque el tour fuera a nivel prometido en el anuncio. Y fue allí que la visita se volvió una experiencia no solo inútil sino también desagradable. El guia empezó a discutir por más dinero. Yo no recogì la provocación cuando nos devolvió el dinero y nos tachò de malas personas. Le dije que era estándar por Marruecos y si no quería estaba bien así, sin ir más allá. Sinceramente no entiendo las primeras opiniones positivas, son idénticas. Pero veo que el tema discutir por dinero también se refleja en otras opiniones, como el del escaso castellano. Mea culpa de no haber leído mejor antes de reservar, lo hice de prisa y corriendo y no me volverá a pasar.
