A great way of familiarising yourself to this area. A lot was packed in to the time frame and John showed great enthusiasm and knowledge of the area which allowed you to understand the origins and building of the bridge and surrounding areas. John was also very open to questions to improve understanding and also gave recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the city. Would highly recommend this tour.

It was an excellent tour right from the meeting point near government center. Knowledgeable guide. Good pace. I'm 70 with a cane at times, and found the tour comfortably managable. I plan to take more of these informative tours in the coming months after moving back to NY 2 months ago.

Fantastic tour with Ian. We loved learning the history he shared and entertaining stories throughout out tour. He also helped us take great individual and group pictures. 10/10!

I did this tour with my 2 kids - 6 and 12 years old. Our guide Ian was very knowledgeable, professional and funny. It was a low pace tour with lots of stops and a ton of interesting information. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Very nicely organised but relaxed tour, all details taken care of. Ian is a very entertaining and approachable guide with many historical (fun) facts, New York stories and good humour on the way. Truly enjoyed it.

Excellent and informative tour

We really enjoyed the tour; Mike was a knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly guide. The walk across the bridge was enriched by interesting details about various aspects of certain structures—particularly New York's tallest ones—and the visit to Brooklyn was very pleasant, offering insights into the history of both the bridge and the neighborhood. Mike also gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do after the tour. He is a guide who is passionate about his work. Thank you!
