Free walking tours in Krong Siem Reap

Syhorn was a great guide! We enjoyed some coffee and mango at the beginning of our tour before visiting important places such as the Royal Palace and temples. It ended up being a private tour so we could do everything at our own pace, we learned a lot!

This was a great way to get insight into Siem Reap culture and history from a local. Recommend if you are a walking tour fan.

My husband and I have probably done 30+ free walking tours in various cities and this was our most unique experience so far! First, our group was just my husband and I because the other people did not show up. It was extremely personalized because it was just us. We started with a coffee and fruit tasting which was really special. It was immediately clear how much Syhorn values his craft and the Cambodian way of life. He answered all our questions and then brought us to one of the local temples where he paid us all to be blessed by the monks and experience fortune telling. It was so special and kind of him to bring us into the culture. I will say it’s less of a walking tour because you don’t go very far, but still showed us plenty of sights which correspond with the stories he told. I truly can’t express enough how authentic the experience felt and how genuine our guide was. If you want to learn about the Cambodian way of life from a true believer, book this!

The tour with Rity was quite personalized. There were three of us on the tour, but two had to leave, which gave me the opportunity to ask whatever I wanted and share experiences and differences between our countries, leading to a more friendly conversation.
