In every city we visit, we book a walking tour with Guruwalk. There’s nothing quite like learning about the city, its history and that of the country, as well as its food and drink scene, from someone who lives there. Our guide, Natalia, also gave us a fascinating insight into Porto with her excellent English and engaging storytelling. She was very friendly and approachable, and carried out her work with great professionalism.

Diogo was brilliant. Entertaining, funny, friendly and so knowledgeable. I learned so much without it feeling like a lesson. We saw great places from the big tourist spots to more local gems you would never find without a local person showing you. Highly recommend.

Harold was a wonderful guide and took us to really interesting places. The tour was well paced and mostly downhill which was good in hilly Porto. There were only 3 of us in the group so it was very personal and Harold focused on the things we were most interested in. He answered all our questions and was warm and thoughtful, even giving us directions to our next stop after the tour ended. I recommend.

Natalia did an amazing job! The tour was 2 1/2 hour, but it went by so fast. She was very sympathic and seemed really passionate and excited about the things she was telling us. The stories she was telling us were really interesting and I still remember a lot of the fun facts she told us. I have already done a few free waking tours so far and this one was my favorite!
