Joana gave a great tour. Her style of leading the tour and discussing the history was highly engaging, and she knew so much history of the area! I had visited most of the points of interest the day before when I arrived, but learned so many new things about the points of interest, as well as got to visit some less known points of interest that I didn’t know about! Joana, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Durres and shared it with enthusiasm to our group. Her English was very good. She was punctual and kept to the schedule. This tour provided us with a good introduction to the city on our first day as we saw interesting sights and learned about the various cultures that have influenced modern day Durres.

There is no doubt that the guides knowledge was impressive. There was a lot of facts to take in in a short time which made it a tad hard to follow it was a Good tour, and the length was about right I would certainly recommend especially for history buffs
