Giacomo had a great sense of humor, a good command of the English language, more information than I could possibly retain (but not boring to hear), and enthusiasm. We have done many walking tours in other countries and he has been the best tour guide we ever experienced. It was certainly crowded out there, but he managed to find "nooks" where we could gather and listen. His knowledge and experience handling these situations helped the tour go smoothly despite the large crowds. I will alway use GuruWalk when we travel as they seem to vet their guides well.

It was a fantastic tour, our guide Manuel made the city come alive. We lived through medieval and renaissance times. We could not have asked for a more informative and educational experience. This guide should be hosting his own documentary programmes on tv !
