Hi!
I’m Else and I’ve been living in Haarlem for over 19 years. From the very beginning I fell in love with this small city that has so much to offer.
During the week I help companies organise their business events, and in my spare time I love doing things that give me energy. That’s why I enjoy sharing my passion for Haarlem with you and everyone who joins my walks.
Else is very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed very interesting things of Haarlem, like some Hofjes, and some special corners and buildings, and explained the history about them in a very straightforward way. Also very open to answer questions arising along the walk, and give recommendations about other things one could do. The tour is nice and it goes through the best corners of Haarlem, I recommend it to anyone who wants to know a little more about this beautiful city!
We enjoyed the tour very much! Else started the tour with a nice introduction and enthusiasm, the tour included both land marks one would expect and hidden gems. There are interactive components, little surprises, and we learned some interesting facts about the city, including both facts and legends. Else is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the general atmosphere of the tour was social and friendly. Of course Haarlem is also a beautiful city. Highly recommend!

I thought I knew Haarlem quite well, being a local, but Else proved me wrong in the best possible way! She shared so many fascinating stories and fun facts that made me see my own city from a completely new perspective. Her enthusiasm is contagious, she explains everything clearly, and her great energy and sense of humor made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable.
