Derick is a warm and friendly guide, very knowledgeable about his city. He took me to the craftsmen's market where I witnessed the rough creative process of the slum artists, made a powerful impression on me. We visited the Open Air Museum, the local football stadium and the grounds of the Dar university. Derick's English is very good and of course I've learned a few basics in Swahili. I warmy recommend this tour to all those who want to dive into the local culture. Asante sana, Derick!
The tour rocked! Hevi is a fun, free-thinking and knowledgeable guide, who took us deep among the backstreets of Üsküdar, accompanying our steps with colorful local information and practical tips. The nightlife of Istanbul is bustling, we got a good taste of it, in safety and good cheer! I definitely recommend walking with Hevi, great guy.
