Dany Daniel Joao - Tour Guide in Cusco

My name is Daniel Joao, I am an official tour guide in my country and hometown of Cusco, Peru. I decided to work in this field because it is what I am passionate about. I love history, especially when it comes to my ancestors. I dedicate every day of my life to enjoying what I love, and that is what tourism is all about. I am passionate about learning about and sharing my knowledge with visitors so I can continue cultivating that desire to live and learn about ancestral history and culture. I consider it very important to acquire knowledge and stay up-to-date on new studies about the culture of my ancestors here in Peru. This way, I can share a lot with you by telling you about some of the history, along with the archaeological sites scattered throughout the beautiful city of Cusco. These sites are not accessible by car. You can only explore them in greater depth by taking a walking tour, which is both easy and entertaining, and filled with new theories that will help you understand the mythical Inca civilization. Of course, the tour is a lot of fun because I consider myself very sociable, and even more so when I meet people from other countries, since I can learn a lot from them and thus not only be a professional guide, but also create a bond of friendship.
