We are a company that brings together extraordinary guides (who have several years of experience of guiding tours in Krakow), with our passion for history, and a lot of handy tips about the city. A nuestra guía Lorena, a pesar de no llevar mucho tiempo en Cracovia, se le veía muy entusiasmada con la ciudad y con el tema. Lo hizo muy sentido y ameno, además de estar siempre preocupada por el grupo. No obstante, no nos gustó nada que fueramos un grupo tan numeroso -llegando a aceptar a un grupo de 13 personas...-. La decisión de ser tantos al final perjudica al grupo y a ella misma. Esto se tendría que gestionar de otra manera.
