Hello, my name is Yong! I was born and raised in Seoul, and I love meeting new people from different cultures and exploring new places. I’ve traveled to more than 23 countries and studied abroad for three years.
I prefer to travel as a free independent traveler (FIT) because I want to experience not just the typical tourist attractions but also the authentic local culture. I usually walk a lot to discover hidden local spots and talk with locals to better understand their way of life.

We spent two and a half wonderful hours on this free walking tour, exploring a beautiful, non-touristy neighborhood in Seoul. Our group was small (just five people, likely thanks to the winter season) which made the experience feel very personal. Our guide lived in the area and shared many insights about its history, daily life, and local culture. We also received amazing restaurant tips, one of which led us straight to a fantastic food spot we would never have entered on our own. Truly an authentic experience. Five out of five stars — highly recommended!
