Hi! I'm a licensed tour guide and tour leader and I work both in Naples and Milan! I love sharing the beautiful culture of my country and I want to show you the best spots and details that you could easily miss wandering alone. Let me be your Guru ☺️
My favorite part about her was that she seemed very passionate about Milan, the cities she works in, and of Italy❤️
This tour is really great, you learn some nice facts about the Most important sights of Milano City Center but most importantly you learn about south italian and north italian coffee culture. The coffee spots were great!
This tour was amazing! As coffee lovers we enjoyed it a lot! Also great connections to the Italian history. One of the best walking tours I have ever been to! :) Maria had great English and an amazing friendly attitude.
I've done many walking tours, but this is the first one I've done that wasn't your standard walking tour where you just walk around and see the places of interest and learn about the city. This tour blew every other tour I've done out of the water. Maria was phenomenal!! You aren't going to go to all the sites around town, but you'll still get some good stops and information in, get to lesser known and neat historic spots, and learn all about coffee culture - in Milan, in the south, and in Italy as a whole. Maria truly embodies the culture that she shares with you, takes you to various places to experience espresso different ways, and makes it informative but also simply fun and enjoyable. It's like walking around with a local, a tour guide, and a friend all in one. I'm not even a coffee drinker (or wasn't until this tour.. now I've fallen in love with the taste and culture of it!), but it was really such a great tour and I'm so happy I signed up for it. Maria also has an amazing list of suggestions for incredible food, drinks, etc. I went to several of her suggested spots and didn't find better food anywhere else on my trip to Italy.
It was a lovely tour. We got to walk the city center and while learning about the iconic buildings we could also experience many ways to enjoy coffee. Maria’s communication was cristal clear and on top of that, she had pictures of everything to help guiding our imagination while she explained all the bits about the city. On a sunny afternoon she kept us in the right spots to avoid us getting sunburned. She even managed to get us outside of Milan for a brief moment. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Milan, even for those who are not into coffee (yet).
