Michael – Photographer, Filmmaker, and Trainer from Cologne. I am a freelance photographer and filmmaker based in Cologne. For many years, I have worked for companies and organizations in the trades, industry, and the public sector – always focusing on what matters: the people behind the business. My images aren't about glossy staging, but about authenticity, intimacy, and character. My assignments take me to workshops, production halls, offices, or events – to where people work, create, and live. There, I accompany people with my camera and tell their stories in pictures and films – candid, precise, and with an eye for the essential. In addition to my work as a photographer, I also work as a trainer. In workshops, coaching sessions, and photo walks, I share my knowledge and experience. I show how to photograph more consciously, discover creative perspectives, and take impressive pictures with simple means – whether with a smartphone or a camera. For me, the practical application is always paramount: out of theory, into the picture. Whether it's guided city tours with a photographic focus, corporate training, or individual coaching – my goal is to inspire people to see. Because a good photograph doesn't begin with technique, but with attentiveness. I originally come from Northern Germany, but I've lived in Cologne since 2001 and now "understand" the Cologne way of life quite well ;-)
