Horrible. They kept rebooking me and had issues in clear communication. They did not notify me on the chat we were discussing rebooking on when they unilaterally changed my final rebooked tour with them.
The tour barely covers anything and basically just gives bullet points on where to go after the tour, which was very quick and we didn’t have time to write down what the guide said so didn’t really get anything out of the tour
It was a great tour, worth for walking the basics in Seoul center and the guide was friendly and professional. I recommend it.!
