My name is Gabriel Pech, journalist by profession, history buff and guide for 4 years in the city of Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. I speak the Mayan language, and also English. For more than 10 years I have been promoting the use and customs of the Mayan culture in the state. It will be an honor to guide you in this beautiful colonial city called Mérida, a piece of paradise on the soil of Mexico. On Sunday mornings we will visit the Lucas de Gálvez market to see the colorful fresh fruits of the region and the Sunday atmosphere.
