My name is Youssef; I'm an official tour guide (full-time job), and guiding visitors has always been my passion.
It represents the rich history and variety of culture and traditions we have in Morocco.
It is all that I have been about since I quit my university back in 2017, and I'm lucky enough to do what I love the most.
Highly recommend a tour with Youssef. He’s funny, entertaining but best of all deeply knowledgeable not just about Marrakesh but the whole of Morocco. You can ask him anything and he can give you a well informed response. The 2.5 hours flew by with a well planned route which gave us a great intro to the city. He also gave us lots of practical tips about banks, orientation in the city, restaurants and customs. Just brilliant.

Youssef is an incredible tour guide. We had already participated in two other tours in Fes prior to this one. Of the three tours we attended, his was by far the best, most informative and most professional. He carried a small loudspeaker, which he judiciously used when needed. At the same time, he was very respectful of locals and residents of areas we visited, often opting not to use the speaker if he felt it would be disruptive. Overall, Youssef is an amazing tour guide, with a great depth of knowledge, a natural ability to teach and share, as well as a wonderful sense of humor.
