To be in Fes medina is like travelling by the time to the 8th century, with the attractive and amazing activities. I'm sûre you 'll enjoy hardlly your tour with me .
Unfortunately Fouzia never confirmed the meeting spot nor did she communicate to us in any way. We could therefore not do the walk.
We booked the tour with Fouzia around 9am the same morning as the tour should begin at 11am. But since the it was possible to book it, we thought the tour would happen, even with the late booking time. The meeting point was set to be behind the gates of the Lycée Moulay Idriss, where only muslims can go. Therefore, it was a bit confusing at start. However, we waited in front of the gates, but Fouzia never showed up there and never texted us back. It might have been the wrong place, but then the meeting point should be better described.
It was only me in the tour!! In the itinerary says that we will visit the palace which we didn’t and I asked if we will and she replied that it’s not near us! At the end of the tour I give her 10€ and instead of a thank you she asked for more!!
Fouzia ist sehr aufgeschlossen und offen für eigene Interessen und Wünsche auf der Tour. Allerdings macht ein Großteil der Tour der Besuch von Shops aus. Am Ende der netten Tour wurden wir leider vehement dazu gedrängt mehr als von uns als angemessen empfunden zu zahlen. Dies widerspricht unserem Verständnis und unseren bisherigen Erfahrungen von Freewalking Tours. Allerdings waren wir auch eine kleine Gruppe und vielleicht gestaltet sich das Erlebnis in größeren Gruppen anders.
