Beyond Expectations!!! We were actually booked on another English-speaking tour (competitive company) who cancelled our walking tour 10 minutes in advance after confirming previously and having taken the train from Zurich for the day. We quickly signed up with Gutavo knowing it was in Spanish. He was amazing--conducting the tour in Spanish AND English seemlessly just to accomodate us!! He gave us a +2 hour orientation to so many sites in Luzerne including those off the beaten-path! He literary saved our day from disaster and disappointment. We learned so much about the city, history, culture, people and even included visits to chocolate shops, amazing viewing points and an excellent tip for an unbelievable lunch experience. I highly recommend the very talented Gustavo--you will be lucky to have him!! We were! Gracias Gustavo por todo!! Lisa, Rob and John

We really enjoyed our tour with Heidi . Interesting history in Lucerne is her specialty

Lucerne must-sees EXPRESS tour with a local

Heidi was great and knowledgeable. She shared fun historical tidbits. She was kind and waited for a couple in our group who weren't able to keep up and slowed down further on the stairs. She was very kind and was not bothered at all that our tour lasted a little longer due to slower walkers.

Heidi was exceptional! She exceeded my expectations of the GuruWalk. Very informative, cheerful, engaged, professional yet personable, and you could tell she genuinely loves her hometown, and enjoys showing us the best highlights in Lucerne. With the express 1.5hr walking tour, she was efficient and showed us alot. Answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Heidi! She even recommended some great eating places. Upon Heidi's recommendation, we had a delicious pasta Ravioli meal at Pastarico, a place where the locals eat! Thank you Heidi for an excellent walking tour of Lucerne!

Heidi was a very good tour guide and a lovely human being. The tour gave a nice intro to Lucern and hit major sites of the city. It would be great to hear more colourful stories of the city and sites visited, rather than just facts, that would be our only criticism. But overall it was a very pleasant tour.
