Exceptional tour by Paul! We loved it.

Highlights and Hidden Gems of Lyon

Paul was an excellent guide. He was able to guide us through Lyon's many streets after a turbulent few weeks of protests by telling us positive stories and the rich history of Lyon.

Met Paul in the Square at the agreed time. He introduced himself and the tour started on time. He was extremely knowledgeable about Lyon and had pictures to illustrate various points. He made the 2 hours very interesting and entertaining and showed us things we wouldn’t have found on our own e.g. Traboules (passageways). It was quite a large group but I didn’t feel we missed anything because of the size. He also gave some recommendations of where & where not to eat. It was great and well worth the tip at the end.

Die Schönheit von Lyon hat sich mir auf den ersten Blick nicht erschlossen. Dank der tollen Tour mit Paul hat sich das etwas geändert. Vielen Dank Paul, es war toll.

The tour with Paul was fantastic. He provided a bunch of background information and took us to hidden spots. At the end, he also offered plenty of recommendations for restaurants and excursions. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. It’s just a shame that some people still don't understand the concept of a free walking tour and slipped away at the end without leaving even a small tip or saying goodbye. Thanks for your time, Paul!

The highlight of my trip to Lyon! Paul has a lot of experience as a guide he makes sure everybody hears the info and he makes sure everybody feels welcome. Definitely a good storyteller and really good jokes! Loved how he made a badass move by putting himself Infront of a traboule and suddenly open the door with his back... 5/5!!

Paul was lovely, insightful, and knowledgeable on Lyon. He covered things that only someone who lives here and is well researched would know. He gave honest unsponsored recommendations about local cafes and restaurants. Thank you Paul!!
