Milan Food Tour

This is a great tour to take to learn about the history of Milan beyond what is presented at the main sights and try some regional variations of coffee. Maria has put together a very creative and engaging tour about the city through the middle ages until the present, where coffee is a symbol of innovation or regional rivalry. We were also given a list of recommendations for restaurants and cafes which will be helpful when I'm back in Milan in a little while!

I really enjoyed the coffee culture tour. It was fun learning a bit about Milan while drinking a few cups of coffee! I recommend this tour if you are traveling through Milan!!

Maria is a great guide! She gave us a wonderful dive into the coffee culture of Italy, and Milan in particular. At the same time, we visited some of Milan’s main sightseeing attractions, including Palazzo della Ragione, the Duomo, Palazzo Reale di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and Teatro alla Scala. A great vibe and a perfect highlight of my one-day trip to Milan.

Great tour for a family with seniors and teenagers, even if you are not that much into coffee. Maria managed to engage both the senior and teen, answering all konda of questions about not only coffee but also about Italy. We liked it very much, it was much more fun than ‚this building was built in this year by that architect’ :)

Maria provided a delightful and informative experience! Some of the places we stopped were the same as a previous tour we took, but Maria’s historical information was supplemental and not duplicated; she enhanced our understanding of Milan’s history. The places she selected for coffee were great and we loved each of the coffees we were able to sample! Highly recommend this tour to others visiting Milan!

Maria was a great guide with a friendly and humorous attitude and good communication. The tour was very interesting, and we enjoyed the information and the coffee. The only thing to improve is that I would have liked to ask some questions at some points but there seemed to be no time for that, since after her information she directly started walking to the next stop. We can definitely recommend this tour through Milano!
