Milan Food Tour

We are so happy that we took this tour with Maria! We learned so much from her.... not only about coffee, which was really entertaining and informative!!.... but also about so many beautiful places in Milan. Maria was incredibly entertaining and knowledgeable; and the whole group had a wonderful time thanks to her exuberance about Milan and the coffee culture. I don't drink coffee, but I fell in love with coffee during this tour🥰. I would highly encourage anyone, coffee drinker or not, to take this tour!!!!

Maria is a really nice guide who knows a lot. She has a great way of telling us about coffee and history of Milan. Nice to get an out of ear earphone, so we were able to hear her voice clearly.

This is a great way to see Milan and try some tasty coffee! I would recommend skipping your morning coffee before this tour to save room for the caffeine during the tour. We had a great time with our tour host Maria.

Maria did a great job, especially considering it was a large group. The coffee angle to this tour was fun. We learned a few things along the way about Milan as well.

I was contacted on the morning of the tour to say I would be the only person as two other people had just cancelled without explanation. I was given the option of continuing or cancelling. I decided to continue but 3 other people booked so there was a nice group. Maria was very friendly and informative, giving insights into differences between the North and South of Italy and their coffee preferences. At the end Maria also sent an extensive list of places for coffee and food and where it is possible to get discounts after being on the tour.

Maria is one of the best guides I have ever had! She is very knowledgeable about the city of Milan, the history, and of course the coffee. Everything was well-paced and I left with a lot of fun facts to share with family and friends. Definitely book this tour! You won’t regret it!

Maria weaved in seeing the main sights of Milan with coffee stops and facts about Italian coffee. As someone who normally doesn't drink coffee, I cannot believe how much I enjoyed this tour. So much so that I went back the next day to one of her coffee stops to have another coffee! It's clear that Maria is as passionate about coffee as she is about Milan.

I had a wonderful time on The Highlights of Milan & the Italian Coffee Culture, walking tour with Maria Lourdes. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience both enjoyable and informative. Maria patiently explained the history behind Milan's iconic landmarks, especially the Duomo, and brought everything to life by showing us old photographs that helped put the city's rich history into context. I particularly loved how she combined history with Milan's coffee culture, taking us to some fantastic places where we enjoyed authentic Italian coffee experiences. Beyond the tour itself, Maria was generous with her local recommendations, suggesting several excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and places to explore during the rest of my stay in Milan. I genuinely loved the entire experience. If you're visiting Milan and want to discover the city through the eyes of a passionate guide while enjoying its amazing coffee culture, I highly recommend this tour. I'm already looking forward to joining another walk with Maria soon!
