Essential Free walking tours of Oslo

Marta did an amazing job and we learned a lot about Oslo. We were happy that we had her as our tour guide. Her English was perfect.

Kamil was our guide. The tour was fine overall, but at the very end, while we were in front of Oslo City Hall, where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded—he made an inappropriate joke about violence toward a political figure. It felt out of place and uncomfortable for a public, international group.

Great way to find out about the history and Oslo as a place. Visited the highlights and our guide had lots of suggestions about others place to see in our own time, definitely recommend it!

Very nice guide, she did very well and kept the spirit up despite the cold weather. Could have been more historical facts about the city’s way to a modern northern capital. I missed sometimes a bit of a common thread in the tour. But all in all quite entertaining.

Great tour from Suzanna - even though she was unwell, she still delivered an engaging tour to a large group. It was my second time visiting Oslo, and my second walking tour, and yet I still learned new facts.

Highly recommend you do this tour first day in Oslo. Its very informative and gives you a good grasp of the major city sites. Alexia, our guide, was funny, informative, and made the two hours very interesting. She not only told us of historical sites but also local culture. Great way to enjoy Oslo.

Definitely a good 2 hours spent. Got a feel for the history of Norway not just a show and tell of the tourist spots.
