We had Vinze as our guide and he was amazing! Every place he took us had amazing food and he was very knowledgeable about everything. Vinze was so much fun and made the tour very entertaining!

What a great way to experience Palermo. Vinz was a great guide, very amusing and enthusiastic about his home town. 6 people had fight delays so there were only 3 of us, so we were amazed that we went ahead. He showed us the real Palermo - stopping at multiple places for us to try Palermo pizza, arancina, spleen sandwich, chick pea fritter and crostini, a digestif and finishing with gelato (granita and brioche). He knew all the restaurant owners and our service was instantaneous. Also gave us some history on the mafia - super interesting. His passion for the city really came across and the food choices seemed high quality versions of Palermo street food (he showed us when/how the food can be compromised when served to tourists) Highly recommended

I had the best morning in Palermo with Dario and the group! He told us so much about the city, its history, and sights, as we ate delicious food. I was the adventurous one of the group with the tastings. There's so much to try - I'm glad I came hungry. A few of us from the group had a coffee with Dario after the tour and we chatted about various things to do and hidden snorkeling spots. And we learned what prickly pear is I highly suggest this tour! Also a great group of people, especially for solo travelers to connect with others. I hopped around the city with some of the group throughout the afternoon

Nadia was outstanding: the venues we visited were all authentic and places where really where locals do go, so alive and full of contrasts! The food samples we had (Nadia's suggestions) where absolutely so yummy and full of flavors! I won't easily forget the sfincione pizza: although the name, it has nothing to do with the idea of Pizza I had in mind, it was pure heaven of onion and cheese! Nadia, bravo!
