This was a fantastic and very informative tour. Our tour guide had a huge wealth of knowledge to offer that opened our minds up to things. We’ve never considered about Rome and the Jewish quarters. He had lots of Little entertaining stories about the geography of the tour. He had a good sense of humour and given the extreme heat he was very mindful of our pace. Would highly recommend this tour and this particular tour guide to others.

What a fantastic tour! Iris was so knowledgable about the area, the history, the people! She was incredibly engaging and kind. Our tour group was quite large and she did a great job of making sure everyone could hear and ask questions. She gave us so much great information during the tour. I felt like I took an informative and well researched mini history course during the tour. The topic can be quite heavy at times but Iris did an incredible job in providing sensitivity and a compassionate lens with which to listen and learn. She also provided great recommendations for where to eat in the area. At the end, she gave us beautiful post cards her friend designed. It was a great tour and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

This was an excellent walking tour of two very interesting neighbourhoods. It was very hot, but our guide did a good job of finding the shade and fountains along the way. There were more people on this tour than on prior walking tours we have taken, but that was well managed and overall did not detract from our experience. We would recommend this tour.
