Really interesting and engaging tour! Carmen did a great job of connecting details of Toledo’s buildings and streets to stories from the city’s history. It was extremely busy because of the public holiday, and she made sure that everyone stayed together and found quieter spots to give explanations.

Carmen was a fantastic tour guide! Her professionalism and style of presentation was amazing. She went to do much effort for this tour by providing handouts and pictures to assist with the information she was giving us. She was fun and nice, smiling and laughing the entire time and making jokes. She was helpful with where to go afterwards and the best places to revisit. Would absolutely recommend her your. 11/10
