Visit the city of Tours, an essential tour before visiting the Castles of the Loire Valley

Murielle is an engaging guide with very good English. Her tour is not a facts and dates tour but Murielle makes this quite clear in her description. Instead, her tour explores the quieter parts of Tours and focuses on the architecture. The route is well thought out and takes in the important sights as well as lesser visited areas. Murielle is very friendly and welcoming and, as a previous reviewer said, the tour feels more like a relaxing conversation with a friend. I very much enjoyed exploring the quieter parts of Tours with Murielle.

Murielle makes it clear that this is a walk for people who wish to explore quieter parts of the city looking at architecture and that is exactly what we got. If you are new to Tours you may wish to explore some of the main sites and learn about the history of the town

Had a very pleasant walk around Tours with Marielle earlier this week. This was not your typical 'death by facts & figures' tour. It felt more like a relaxing conversation with a friend, but still hugely informative and interesting. Would very definitely recommend!

Had an awesome time with Murielle this morning. I really enjoyed her knowledge and friendliness and everything we visited was absolutely gorgeous. She made me feel very comfortable and I could openly ask questions. The route we followed has been very well thought out as you walk by all the important monuments and areas in Tours. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who is visiting Tours, whether you're here for a day and want to see the main attractions or you have more time to wander around. Thanks again for such a lovely morning Murielle!
